Just wanted to publicly say Thank You to Bassin Billy of TLC Baits for hosting wounded warrior and Purple Heart recipient Todd King this past weekend. Billy not only guided Todd and I for two half days and one full day but he also provided lodging as well at the TLC lodge. Todd who was hit by a suicide bomber in Iraq and more recently was struck by a train in Midland last year while participating in a wounded warrior parade had a great weekend learning how to bass fish and relax. Under windy conditions, Billy took the time to teach him how to use a baitcaster and basic fishing principles. We laughed and joked all weekend long. Todd is now hooked on bass fishing and while he has many medical issues but he was able to forget about them this weekend, Once again Thank You Billy and God Bless. AJ

AJ it was my pleasure and I really enjoyed the time spent with you guys. I want to thank you and Todd for allowing me the opportunity to spend the weekend with two great Americans and genuinely good people. Guys like you two are what makes this country so great!!!!

Appreciate it Billy and it was great that Todd could talk to you about Iraq and what he went through and you knew exactly where and what he was talking about. We'll be booking you in the fall hopefully.

WHOOP!! Great job Billy. Guys I can tell you Billy was looking forward to this trip for weeks. It was all he talked about. He was determined to make sure you guys had a good few days.

Billy,
Let me first thank you and say "JOB WELL DONE" It's posts like this that make all the sacrifices worth it!!! I'm not going to lie, I love what I do. Both my wife and I are on active duty. She flys em and my guys fix em. It's the small contributions and support from folks like you that make it all worthwhile.
