Fished a state qualifier this weekend and there were several "younger" anglers. I noticed most of them had wide white frame glasses. I tried to strike up a conversation with a few of them. They were pretty much d*%#s. Very standoffish and rude. I hope this isn't where the sport is headed. Were you targeting people with white framed glasses?? Sounds like you are profiling people.

Nope, I'll talk to anyone. It's just the ones with the white frames who were rude. I overheard this one guy say his no boat caught a 4 pounder behind him and he couldn't believe someone caught "his" fish.

oh I fish the college circuit and I will definately attest to younger guys being pre madonas!!!! i about head butted a kid at weigh in last year when he was making jokes about how small my 3 fish were when he had 1 fish in his bag. I am a humorus person so I laughed at first and he kept trying to make jokes about it around his friends so i asked him if he needed a good @ss whoopin before he weighed in. Shut him up and his buddies started laughing at him.

I'm usually not one to comment as my costas are held together with green duct tape but white framed glasses are the Z Cavarricis of the 2000's.

I wear white polarized vicious sunglasses and will talk to anyone, usually to long!!lol I think its not the glasses, its the young punks that are rude!! By the way i wear a fitted hat and have a couple stickers on my windshields, But I refuse to wear a jersey!!! I'm not good enough for that yet!!
