i am fishing granger lake this weekend and curious as to where are some good fishing holes on there to catch so good catfish! does anyone know any good spots to catfish at?

i will be fishing with cut bait and punch bait as well..i know of a few spots but curious as to where others are at

do you have a boat? if so, you should try the stumps, and if you know how granger is laid out, you should try following the old river bed. couple of buddies told me they were heavy in there. we were drifting last time i was there, had some good bites, but we didnt spend a lot of time on cats. we were actually there for the crappie. if you dont have a boat, i would check out the spillway. or go to WMA #7 i believe, the whites were up in the river pretty good a little while back, i bet you would have some luck. if you do find number seven, if you go down the left side of the entrance, on the bank, about 50-60 yards down is a big old tree with a nice hole in front of it. small minnows were pullin out whites last time i was there. let me know what you figure out! maybe with the powers combined we can get a good day for one of us

also, don't get mad at me if none of that works haha, ive been skunked out there a lot, and the lake is only getting more and more full of that farm dirt.
