i wanted to take a guided kayak fishing trip,i plan on getting a kayak sometime in the next couple of months and wanted a little kickstart on how to fish,i live about 30 minutes south of pearland and want a guide that will show me how to find and catch fish(for freshwater either largmouth bass,catfish,crappie or striped bass.saltwater i dont know allot about but reds sound ok)

I have heard nothing but good things about using Shane Davies.

Although Shane is a great choice for freshwater he is a little out of driving range for this guy down south of Houston.

I recommend Rick from Rick's Kayak Adventures for saltwater fishing around Freeport. Don't know any freshwater kayak guides in the area.
