I told my buddy last week when we were fishing out of his Ranger...DANG MAN!!! Mercedes doesn't have a ride THIS good!!! Simply amazing boats. IMO.

Last year I fished from Skeeters, Tritons, BassCat, Nitros...There really is nothing like a Ranger.

I like how my Ranger get on plane really fast!

Texas Boat world is a great place to buy...I bought my used one , a 2001 520VX there....Josh treated me great!!! As far as the boat goes its everything it was made out to be...rides great...lots of room. I get tons of compliments on mine and not many believe its a 2001...take care of it and it'll be a great ride for many years.

Quality,, stability, storage, fit & finish, resale value and most of all safety for you and your loved ones.

They are the top of the line. The resale value is untouchable. Just think about some aspest of a boat that goes overlooked. Then look how it is done in all boat manufactures. Ranger will have the best design and construction. Every compartment of my Ranger is built just like the hull. In most others they are plastic or even pull outs. I have the 1980 Bass Masters Classic with the ole 1979 merc. and it runs me out to the honey holes and brings me back, that is enough to love my Ranger

I have same model in a 1986. Resale, stability, support, and quality are strong points. The old Comanches were not the fastest boats on the water but are very durable.

I have a 1988 396V that has all of the traits I want in a boat. Very stable and first rate quality throughout. If you keep the boat either inside or under a cover, you will have a lifetime investment. I have no desire to get another boat. Quality product!

I have a 1990 BMC Ranger 482V I am running a 10" jackplate and far more horsepower than it is recommended for and I have pushed the old gal harder than most will ever push a Ranger (78.4mph on GPS) and I have had no problems!

Been looking at the new Rangers especially the Z521. It is no more expensive than a Skeeter FX21. I could probably get in it cheaper than a FX

The ride in the new Z boats are amazing!! Fishability, fit and finish, seats, STORAGE, and they are just beautiful!!!! I bought a Z521 and will buy another one. The dealership is the most important aspect of the purchase if you go new! I bought mine at Nichols Marine in Norman OK. Great people! Cabelas here in Allen are great people to deal with also!

I have a 1987 374V with a newer Merc 175....boat is plenty fast and easy to fish from
I like Ranger so much I bought a Cayman 181 flats boat...great boat and takes rough water well as getting skinny in the flats

Go by Fun N Sun Boats in Hurst and ask Monte to give you a demo ride in any siZe Skeeter, it doesn't matter. You will see and feel what's special about it. If he doesn't have time to take you, email me and I will take you in my 2013 FX 21 with the 250SHO engine.

I just purchased my 4th Ranger bass boat. I have been extremely happy with all but my new 2013 Z118. I understand all the Comanche series have terrible electronics on board. When cruising at 40MPH (GPS) the speedometer indicates 28 MPH. Water pressure gauge reads low (dealer told me same problem with the graphite boat (over $90,000 MSRP boat), trim gauge not accurate either. The dealers acknowledge the problem but unable to assist. I would never have bought this boat if I knew of the problems and Ranger not willing to correct. Talk to other owners of new Rangers before you purchase.
