My motor seems to start & idle ok. when I go W.O.T. rpm's jump up to about 5800. After about a minute the rpm's decrease to about 4500 & the motor acts like it starving for fuel. If I leave it at 45oo rpm it then starts to surge & buck till I throttle to under 2000 rpm then it seems to run fine.Anyone have any ideas?
