I just shoot a power washer in there, and then leave the doors open to air out. I just don't like to put chemicals in there. Mainly from lack of knowledge on what it would to to the next fish i put in there.

Nothing with chemical. It all cannot drain out of the lines and will back up into the livewell when you put the boat in the water on the next trip. This will kill the whole stringer.
