fish a chod rig! That or fish a helicopter rig with a popup that slowly sinks so it will settle over the weeds.

Weeds aren't so bad, but needs to serious prebaiting to be worthwhile.

If you are not looking at staying overnight you may want to try the 360 bridge or Mary Quinlin Park. I have been baiting and fishing those the past week with ok results.
