I want to fish the southwest end of RC for spawning crappie and bass. Is the Midway Landing ramp still open to the public? I usually fish the other end and put in at Oak Cove and Fisherman's Point at the dam because of the security but I was trying to find a way to fish the SW side of the lake without a long boat run?
