Has anyone fished at the pocket over at Boliver in a Kayak? Wondering how good it is.

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, - for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9)

If you are talking about the north side of the island just north of Stingaree, yes.
I have fished all of that area a lot and it's pretty good. Pretty much all of the East bay is good. If you find good muddy bottom you will find Reds. Be careful if you get back into the shallows, the low tide can sometime catch you.
