How long do these stay current/active through updates? The reason I ask is because I usually have these turned on because sometimes you find some sweet stuff......other times it's [censored]. I ran a card update a few weeks ago and one of the lakes I fish now has all sorts of stuff marked. I'm wondering if I should take the cords and make my own waypoints for the stuff I want to keep incase future edits erase them. Thoughts?

Hi Chris,
it all depends on if:
1. Navionics can verify these points and make them into the verified layer of the chart (thats a tough one and takes time)
2. if anyone deletes them based on it changing. if you are worried about something vanishing, make it a personal waypoint.
