Read where a 200+ unit apartment complex will be built at 58th and Georgia. Went fishing there saturday and sure enough, they already have temporary fencing up blocking off some of the access from the streets. Darnit!

They done the same thing to Us here in garland about four or five months ago sold out to apartment complex or condo complex or something and sucked our little pond dry.


Ain't nothin better than watching a fish stretch my line.

I didn't think this area was suitable for develpopment, but guess if there's a will there's a way. Who knows, maybe they'll turn this lake area into a legitimate park. Of course it'll probably be so crowded I can't enjoy it. Selfish, I know.
