I placed an order for some hooks the other day from Robert for some #2 and some #4 sickle hooks ( Black nickel finish ) from Matzuo. It seems there is a problem with the # 4 hooks they have been receiving lately. They have failed a test with 8 # test line, and have been breaking in the 90 degree bend below the hook eye.... Robert made it a point to send me a message and call me personally to tell me about the issue, and give me the choice to opt for the bronze instead. The #2's have been alright, and haven't had any issues, as well as the bronze hooks. It's great that he tests the things before sending them out to his customers for use. I am sure a bunch of guys sell some of their jigs, and a batch of bad hooks could be devastating to their reputation! Not to mention 1000 hooks at 28.00$ that are no good could be a kick in the groin! Thanks for the great service Robert, and you can count on further orders from me in the future!!! When ya'll see me whiz by on the lake.....You will see my Crazy Angler stickers proudly displayed..... that is if the rooster tail spray doesn't blind ya!!! LOL

There are not many businesses that take care of their customers the way Crazy Angler does. The world would be a better place if there were more...

Had a problem with some loose jigheads a while back, Robert made them right and added some extra to cover my shipping costs of sending the faulty ones back. Great customer service.

I had some problems with loose jigheads on my walleye heads I just used them after powder coating for the most part they firmed up. And well I looked at it as a shaky jig head bait LOL. But its good to know that If I had an problem with them being lose that Robert would fix it.

I have to give him a thumbs up too. I ordered some chenille from him and while I got what I ordered, one package of chenille was tied into a wad. I notified him through his website and figured that was that. He sent me a replacement package without a question. I'm a fan!
