Working on some brochures and want a frequently asked questions page on it..... I know the most common ones... but what would you like to see on a brochure?
Any help from you guys would be appreciated!

I would be out front and let them know what your policy is for very slow or no catch days. Also, regarding cancellations and bad weather days.

Do you have a CPR policy or is it optional?
Thanks, Olen

Larry with the pictures of big fish you been catching, I would wanna know how many 40+lbers you guarantee!!!! Jk. Seriously thou, I would say inclement weather, cancellations, those days that don't meet your or the customers expectations, your stance on releasing trophy fish, what the customer needs to bring.

Most people want to know what's included in the trip. Is beer allowed on board Is smoking allowed on board
I know guides that allow it and I know some that don't and some anglers will base their decision on stuff like that.

Does the trim motor on your boat work.... right Ms. Salsa?

I would put some "do you REALLY need to be told that" kind of stuff for newbs.
The best way to dress (for winter). I knew to dress warm, but I wish I'd known how much more comfortable I'd have been in layers, instead of just one thick layer. Also again for those who don't NORMALLY catch a TON of fish like happens on a guide trip, I wish I'd known exactly how slimy you can get from boating that many catfish. I would have worn something a little less nice.
Oh and foot care. I dressed all warm from the ankles up, but only had a pair of socks and sneakers on my feet, they got very cold, I wish I'd worn two pairs of socks, and some boots.
How big of a cooler I should bring for onboard drinks and lunch, I was afraid mine was to big.
Chap stick! I brought sunscreen but regretted for two lip peeling weeks that I didn't bring chap stick!
As you can see a lot of my "wish I'd dones" involve comfort, the fishing stuff you got handled as a guide. Having never been on a boat, at least not since I was a kid, and never in cold winter weather, I didn't know quite how to stay comfortable like I could have been.
My feet especially, that part sucked lol.
