Hey guys, this is my first attempt at video editing ever. Much more difficult and time consuming than I realized. Shot with the GoPro Hero 3 Black and edited with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. Sorry my ugly mug is in it the whole time, got an over-the-shoulder mount for it now. And sorry the beginning is a lot of non-fish BS... wanted to show my friends on Facebook what kayak fishing is all about, so I tried to get an overview of the experience. Let me get some feedback. What'd I do right? What'd I do wrong? You won't hurt my feelings. First one's the hardest. Got more footage I want to put together soon, just need more hours in the day. The White Bass Run 2013 Cheers Bobby

Good Video, your mug is not nearly as ugly as mine! You did a good job on it. Editing is the hard part, you did good.

Good video. Wear some shades to protect your eyes.

Good catching and interesting edit......like how all the casting, hook sets and then landing were grouped together. Good tunes.

Good catching and interesting edit......like how all the casting, hook sets and then landing were grouped together. Good tunes. Thanks man. I figured I'd focus on the trip as a whole instead of individual "battles" since they're sand bass. Hoping for a nice striper/greenie video next, where I'll focus more on each fish probably. Want to continually change it up. Thanks for the feedback.

Wtg! I like it. Gonna have to consider one of those cameras. I noticed your paddle was upside down. Do you always paddle like that?

Good choice on the music! Excellent video editing especially being your first shot at it.. The only suggestion I offer is to use different perspectives but for a mounted GoPro camera you did great!

@Yak FinAddict: No probably not. It couldn't have been upside down the whole time, because I knew the right way by this trip, but I might've not been paying attention. This was like my 4th trip out ever so I was even more of a rookie than I am currently.
@hook-line@sinker: Yeah man I totally agree between switching up perspectives throughout the video. I have a telescoping pole for my milk crate now, and want to get a head mount soon. Then I'll switch between all three views. This was just when I first got the yak and the camera, so all I had was an adhesive mount to stick it on the front of the boat. Thanks for the feedback!

That was a good video. You need to make some more videos so I can watch them at work when I get stressed out. Good job!
