Headed to check out Eagle Mountain this afternoon....may not be a great day but I'm going anyway.

I have spent many hours feeding many different species of fish.........and on occasion land a few.

Good luck other than that peer you have almost no bank access. Residential lake!

you can go fish by some boat ramp but you need to stop by that pro am place to get some live black salties and hook those through the nose and leave them out there all day if you have to the lake record is 4o something pounds you might top it!

It would take a miracle to land something that size with the gear I have with me. I have my travel stuff I keep in my work truck. Mainly for perch jerking.

Don't waste your time doing that. The people who run boat ramps around here will run you off. Pelican bay is the only place with bank access. Just make sure you don't get out of eyesite of your vehicle.
