I'm getting reports of one person that keeps going up the Creek. That person is blanking every time, and telling people that the fish are not there yet. And this is a person that should not blank. The main school is from 66 to the bike trail parking lot at Castle. Let me ask you this: Have I ever said don't take your boat up the creek? There is a freaking reason I don't take my boat up the creek or the run. Because it spooks the fish! Dam. So, that is the last time I say that. This statement only is addressed to Lake Ray Hubbard people. I've only been fishing the creek for 15 to 16 years, I think it's safe to say: I know what's going on.

So with that said, the above picture was from today and as well the below picture. It was a slow day due to the air pressure was rising on us all morning. My clients for the day said they were having a ball but I was still telling them that it was slow. They didn't really believe me, but a fast day- a normal day, you catch one every cast if you're fishing my way. I have all the information up on this post for you guys to catch fish. I canceled my PM trip for this afternoon due to the air pressure had shut the fish down. We would still catch a limit but it would take the whole six hours to catch a two man limit. That's just the way I roll. So if you have a trip with me, and I call you and give you a "option to rescedule", there is a reason for it. I would take my option and reschedule. If the fishing is slow I don't want to drag you into the creek and only catch half the limit. I want you guys to have fun and catch as many fish as you can within the 5 to 6 hours till you get bored of catching them. In spots in the Creek, you can see over 500 Fish sitting in front of you at any given moment. The fish travel upstream as far as they can to spawn in the shallows.
