Trying to find some reasonably price braided line. Im bout to string up 3x diawa 900h reels with a good base of braid and am trying to find some decent prices. Was wondering where everyone buys there line. I see alot of braided line on ebay that is no name stuff mainly out of china/hong kong....seems to be very cheap though. Id rather pay 200 per 3000yds of powerpro if the other stuff is no good. Anyone with any ideas where to get some decent line pls let me know.

If you buy off of e-bay make sure it is a product of Japon (Japan). Power Pro is a Japanese product (shhh...). I use Yuwei & Spectra Extreme (do a search on ebay for them) Brand and have had no problems with line bleeding or breakage. I pay about 30 bucks for 1500M which is more length than 1500Yd spools.

Here ya go. the finest braid product, made in USA. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Jerry-Brown-Line...=item43b9eb215babsolute breaking strength (ABS) of JB-130 hollow is around 175#, so actually if your looking for 100# breaking strength, you could buy JB-65#, which has a tested & proven ABS of 85-90# regardless of what you choose, you should ck tests first, 100# spectra or dyneema is expensive, and so is a lost fish. http://www.paulusjustfishing.com/

I would also go with the Jerry Brown. I've heard horror stories about the japanese stuff on ebay, but I've never used it myself.

Cool thx guys ill look at the jerry brown. Though im probably gonna stay away from the hollow core. I want to keep my line capacity up. Using those diawa 900H reels id like to maximize my line. Least work 1000+ years on them. Ill probably be running a 300 yard 50-80 lb mono topshot then a 100-150 lb leader 30 yrds or so long.
Actaully after doing a little more looking around i relized hollow core is about the same diameter as regular braid. Think I will have to go with that 2500 yrd spool of jerry brown 130#

I love Sufix832 and bought it on Ebay several times, I dont care for PowerPro but have used it. JB is the best but not much difference from 832. Also Cabelas braid has worked very well. I have a Fin-Nor 095 with 480 yds on it and going on 2 seasons with no problems at all #100 lb. I use 832 on my 12/0 Senator as a backing #120 lb with a topshot of BullBuster mono in #100. Ebay has been my source for braid line.
