 The crappie didn't get the memo

Last week was spring break for many. It was evident in the number of people out at or "in" the water. Unfortunately, the crappie didn't get the memo. They were still in "schools". No break for them as it was all work. Had a chance to get out and fish a couple days last week and again I must say that it was surely a blessed time. I've posted some pics below of last weeks reward. If you're waiting for the right time to get out and catch'em, wait no longer..this is it!! All fish were caught in water as shallow as a foot and as deep as 10 ft at the "C". Ran into some fellow TFF'ers as well. What an awesome time spent in God's great outdoors!! By the way...2 thumbs up to all that have taken or plan to take a child/young person to the water to participate in this clean, wholesome and life preserving sport. Fishing was a lifeline that the lord threw me as a child and I sincerely believe that it still has preserving/therapeutic qualities (just my opinion). Well, until next time... be safe.. be godly...and be blessed!!  these are 48 keeper fish that Crappie Pappie and I caught on 3/12/13  these are 2 of the larger fish that I caught on that trip  these are 47 keeper fish that JD Slabslayer and I caught on 3/14/13  The Slabslayer living up to his name (catching slabs in style)  Myself with a couple nice fish also
