OP tsig2012 Angler Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 381	So just driving along yesterday at about 65 and i start losing power then a alarm goes off i it shut off and let it sit. Start back up and it sounds horrible however no metal in oil lower unit spark plugs. The motor has no power and wont even get out of the hole.anyone have similar issues

I wonder if some of these issues is due to not letting the engine warm up properly? Just because the engine is running at neutral doesn't mean all cylinders are firing. This engine has to be in gear to properly warm up. What I mean is from what I'm told by the yamaha guys is only 4 cylinders fire at idle.
