 Son's spring break bass Lake Ray Roberts

My son Cody caught this 9 lb 6 oz bass on Lake Ray Roberts on 3/11/13. This followed the old addage that the big females sometimes move up early as we caught this one up Indian but really did not catch many other fish there over the next several days. 8ft of water on an LFT blue hyperstick with split shot weight up the line.

Hey Mike, Yes the kids are growing up fast so I am trying to enjoy every chance we can get to fish together.
You still getting up to Ray Roberts much? I think I am going to spend the next 2 days fixing on the dings in the boat from running up the creeks which are about 5 feet low...

Somthing was jacked up on my camera on this one but this was the better picture that shows the true size of the fish. Anybody know if this could be edited out by a professional service?
