Has anyone done any business with them lately? I put in an order about two weeks ago and my order status is still processing. I have tried contacting them, but the e-mail address they list for customer service is not a working e-mail address. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

It has been resolved. The e-mail listed for customer support on paypal was support@elitebass.com so that is the one I used. But it has all been taken care of. Steve was very quick to respond and I thank him for his timeliness.
