Been needing to buy 3 for my trolling motor. Saw the sales ad yesterday where they have Exide deep cyscles for $59.99ea plus a $10.00 per battery rebate. makes it $49.99ea. Not bad at all when you get 3 group 27 deep cycles for less than $150.00 plus a 12 month free replacement policy. I compared them against all the other wet cell group 27's and the specs favorably compare. Figured I had little to loser by trying them. Besides only a couple of batter manufacturer's anyway. I figured I would pass on a great deal.

What a good deal. How long does it stay going for?

All week I assume. Make sure you have them print you the rebate form as well. One form covers up to 6 batteries I think.

I think Exide makes quite a few of the "other brands"...

i usually buy blims from Ken Owens if I can get em... I'm a tightwad sometimes. They work pretty good though...specially for the money.

Thank you for the post - it's that time of the year for new batteries. Have used these before and they seem to preform well for the price/warranty.

I looked at them in McKinney the other day. All of the ones they had were already 7 to 8 months old. That was the manufactured date.
