Went out to lake Georgetown yesterday to relax with my lady friend and noticed quite a few dead black bass and crappie floating on the water. I've reported this to folks at the gate and I called TPWD this morning to report it. Wondering if anybody else is seeing anything like this? And if anybody has any clue what's killing these fish. I know in Round Rock we registered about 4 inches of rain on Friday Night and I remember a few years ago when all the stocked trout in the Blanco died from eating all the fire ants that got washed down after a huge storm.

How big were the fish?
What part of the lake?

That's bad news...I've never seen dead fish @ gtown except for a few that looked like they were caught and released but didn't make it.

Ouch. frown
