Courious bout this statement never heard of taking something back you sold could ya explain please or did he just run it for ya. The reason I ask is I waisted some of my money on that trash bait someone was sellin,I feel people deserve an explation before they spend their money

I just wanted to let you know I also use the craw dad and this time of the year with it being cooler the bait tends to be thicker. We make it like that so it won't be too loose in the summer. If its too thick there are a couple things you can do: first you can try and keep the bait on the inside where it is warmer and if that's not an option you can add some oil to it. We make an enhansement oil just for this and you can find it on our website or you can also use just a little Wesson oil until you get it thinned out to your preference! If you visit our site send us an email and let us know who you are and we will take care of you

I don't know how long ago you bought the bait or what you bought, but I can tell you if it doesn't say Streetman, Tx, it isn't made by Danny King's recipe and it is not my bait. If you've had any problems with MY bait, remember that it is guaranteed, and you can call James Cantrell at 903-599-2314. I still fish with my bait. I didn't catch it myself, but the bait brought the winner of the first prepared bait tournament put on by Bass Pro's Catfish Quest and caught Big Fish, as well. As long as the bait is made right and the people know how to use it properly, you'll catch fish.

Incidentally, I'll be doing seminars for Cabella's along with the other members of my Catfish Pro Team, John John Rodriguez and Evan "Buckshot" King, on March 16 at Fort Worth, Texas on catfishing and the bait. Come by and talk to me. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Good fishing and God Bless, Danny

I've read stories of Danny King selling his business (and use of his name) to someone that didn't maintain the quality and screwed up the business. Also noticed a bit of confusion on the Internet when searching for the real Danny King web site. Seems one link redirects to Catfish Gold.

Glad to see he has the business back and is focused on quality. I'll be trying some made in Streetman, Texas DK out too!

I too have heard that "it's not the same DK" as it used to be. But I have also heard Danny got it back on point!
I have been using it along time now. Also have used CJs and like it too ( mainly the "Monster").
Some old schools I know always said "If they ain't bitein on Danny Kings ya may as well go home!" Lol I have to agree with em just my experience. I use a couple of big old buckets of I guess "streetman" or what ever you call it. My FIL had in his shed. I'll tell ya one thing, that funky stuff will stick with ya for dayzz..
