I know this is a shot in the dark. Does anybody know if there are any boat ramps open on Lake Palo Pinto? Heading there towards the end of Spring Break. Thanks.

I was just there today. I launched a 20 foot flat bottom boat with a dual axle trailer off the side of the Marina ramp. It was 3.5 foot out in that cut. I also made a point to check out Love Boat ramp. It seems to have plenty of water on it to use. What are you fishing for? I saw some crappie and largemouth caught today. For more information about Lake Palo Pinto and any lake in Palo Pinto, Young, Jack, Archer, Clay, Wichita, Baylor and Wilbarger counties check out the TPWD Inland Fisheries-Wichita Falls Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Texas-Park...87171703?ref=hl

We'll be fishing mostly for Whites and Hybrids. The largemouth have been abusive to me over the years, so I've decided to fish for a more cooperative fish. My father in law has a place there, but he lives here in Rockwall and didn't know what the boat ramp conditions were. We'll be heading that way next Friday. Thanks for the link, it's greatly appreciated. GTN69
