Lots of great names guys, than you. I know a guy that makes something very close to this and he's been using them for a long time as something for fishing a minnow when slow trolling. His name in Gnats and seems like a good one as well. Gonna give it some though.
Praying Mantis or Mantis has come op several times here as well as another place. Interesting how the eyes made people see that.
