Going out west for spring break for a few days. I know Ivie caught a bunch of rain months back but unsure how much it has dropped since then. Is elm creek (Kennedy park) useable? Concho park?

Both concho and elm are in good shape. River temps were mid fifties last weekend, main was lower fifties.
