Thanks for all the responses, the problem I was having was when I was trying to pay with my debit card it kept rejecting it saying the billing address on the card was not the same as the billing address I was giving. Of course they are but either way I will just call and place my order to eliminate anymore confusion.

I used their product w a broken transducer and saved myself a few bucks and never had to mess w it again.
