Let's see if we can get some positive things going about fishing tournaments. There are enough negative threads out there...

I enjoy the competition and the challenge as much as anyone.
But regardless of how the day go's I enjoy spending time with old friends, meeting new anglers, making new friends and the fellowship after the tournament.

I like to meet new people. I have just recently started tournament fishing and have found it to be almost like a brotherhood. One I am proud to be apart of. I am struggling right now to put it all together, but I know if I work at it hard enough and devote the time to learning the lakes it will come. That is what I like, it is all up to me and no one else.

Wish All Fair Weather And Tight Lines!

I like figuring out the puzzle on any lake and the competition is like a shot of adrenaline for me. If I can do that, I don't care if KVD is fishing it himself. Line them up and lets goooooooo......

I like a shotgun start first thing in the morning. The smell of the two stroke reminds me of when I raced motocross as a kid. Both get me pumped up still haha!

My most enjoyable times are the tuff days(weather wise) when most are struggling with the elements, seems I have only done well in the past if the weather is bad..

Having less than 5 fish but still being in the hunt as well.

Like, love being outdoors.

Also enjoy the contrast the sport brings, regarding the personel lives of some anglers. On land some of us are soo wheels off, but somehow put it together on the water.

Wild stuff there.

I will be back. I'm never truly gone.....Last post by Brad RIP

My favorite part of a tournament is take off. Getting there early, sitting in the cove with all the boat lights on and the excitement of your number getting called. That first run down the lake at 32 degrees and your not cold because your jacked about fishing that day. Sometime getting a little disappointed when the day doesn't go the way I want, but then get perspective and refocus on FUN!!! That's my goal this year is to have FUN in each tournament I enter no matter the outcome.
