Awesome pics. I got a question, what do you do if your fishing buddy there has to go to the bathroom? I want to bring my dogs with me when I get a boat.

I select an isolated point/cove hopefully with few lost lures/hooks and let him go roam ashore/swim during "non-snake" months. Otherwise I use a retractable leash and give him a couple quick beach breaks a day.

A boat/stranger approached me afterwords from far away and he had a camera with a telescopic lens about a foot long. He had heard my lab bark at each bass I had caught when they jumped the surface and had started shooting each catch. Nice guy to email/share pics with me. He was so far away that I could barely detect his boat had even been out there.

Thats an awesome day and some nice bass! Tried bringing mine a few times but he's a "talker" and always wanting to jump in the water.

Will give him another chance soon. Where did you buy the dog lifejacket?

Don't worry about the mule, just load the cart

The dog life jacket I bought is a www.pawsaboard.com brand, bought years ago on amazon.com or perhaps at Cabelas?

I did not really buy or need it as a flotation device for my Lab. I make him use it because it gives me a good lifting handle on the dog's back (130lb Lab) to help me lift his heavy butt back aboard when we are at the shore in water too deep for him to jump up unassisted into the boat.
