The float is stuck and the auto bilge came on and would not turn off had to cut bilge on falcon so it would not drain batteries. My question is this i wired the bilge bak up and cut the lines to the float since the lines are cut will this pull on the battery since bilge pump is turned off.

No, as long as the pump is not running there will be no drain.

If your going to keep the auto bilge I would think about putting a auto bilge & manual bilge pump switch on the boat.
