No way you can beat him with a 3 fish limit of unders. This will still be an ok event for the local sticks but they will need an over to win. I know what I would do if I was fishing it, i would spend all day crappie fishing. Someday I would like to work BC into my fishing schedule. My choice of lakes would be as follows for North Texas.
