What do you consider up river? If you are meaning log jam then no. With the low lake level the fish cannot make it passed winkler park.

That's what we called it back in the arrowhead hunting day's. The creek that comes into Leona park on the north side. There used to be a tree line there. The next creek up would be Stampede.

It might be too shallow I've been told. So now I focus on the Cedar Ridge area.
