I have a Pontoon and a Center-console. I'm selling the Center-console so I can buy the wife and I some Kayaks. The Pontoon will be "The Mother ship"

Your not crazy but wait it gets worse
We sold the house furniture and all , bought a fifth wheel RV and a Ok Trident, hit the road and in the process relocating from Tennessee to Sattler Texas. Hang on and welcome to the addiction.

I proved to myself again this morning why I prefer to fish from my kayak instead of my boat, and I've had a boat all my life, but took up kayaking about 5 years ago, and the boat seldom gets used but only when others go with me that don't do the kayak thing.
I started yesterday getting everything together for my trip this morning. Had to hook up the battery charger last night before I went to bed. Had to make sure I had gas in the boat tank and my vehicle, and I hate to stop on the way and do that early in the am. Make sure everything was tied down that would blow out and pack the food and drinks in the ice chest. Hook up the light and check them that they work. and the list goes on.
Then this morning same thing, having to load all the gear that I didn't want stolen over night. I was tired before I even hit the road.
Thought about how easy it is to load my kayak and gear bag and toss the rod and reels in the Jeep and go and do everything in less than 45 min. tops.
I love my kayak and my boat also but it makes me appreciate my kayak even more when I finally use the boat.
Just one more cast!

Sold the Champion over 11years ago and have been Kayak fishing ever since...............with no regrets. I would rather fish from a yak then a boat any time.
