I have been thinking about running up there too on Saturday, thought I would be able to take the wife and daughter, but the wife has to work this weekend. By the time I can get her up there to fish, there wont be any left! laugh

JD, think I fixed my radio problem, If I make it up there, I will try to call you if you aren't busy. Still lack 6 for my limit a week ago!! grin

Can anyone recommend a good Texoma Guide service on the Oklahoma side? We live in Hawaii and are visiting family in Azel mid-March and will be staying up on Lake Murray OK for a week. Would like to do a day trip on Texoma for Stripers. Is anyone familiar with Anthony's or Wayne McCullough or Wayne's Guide Servie, they both seem to be available? Please email me at oahufish@aol.com Mahalo

I know there are several guides on the North side, but I only know the name of one, James Allen. You may try him also, if he's busy on your dates, I'm sure he give you another contact. He's good people.

This weekend. Uh I'm trying to remember...Thurs I got them real good in the open water by soldier creek all deadsticking moe's flukes..very very good day..
55 feet of water and catching them as fast as we could for two hours..just about every drop..

Yesterday was all bait fishing and started very slow in the same area..from 9-noon we only had 4 fish..then I went west to the mouth of big mineral and we got on them pretty good from about 1-3 drifting live bait..wasn't near as good as thurs but luckily my group hung in there for a LNG day and it finally paid off...I was sweating bullets yesterday with the very slow start. Didn't get the numbers that we got thurs but persistence paid off

Both days we got good numbers of overs up to 10 lbs..got today off and all next week...heading to cabo to visit family...guess its time for a vacation report....

Oahufish...I pick people up on the okie side all the time..if I'm booked I also have guys who work for me that come from the okie side as well...I can get ya hooked up..

Ive got a guided trip booked with Dan Barnett on March 6th. I don't really know what to expect. I hope we catch some. Does anyone know if that is a good time to go?

Make the short trip to the Texas side and go with J D, the "Striper Whisperer". Hands down, no brainer!
