Going to mount it to my Jack Plate, couple of questions: 1. What setback do I need? 3,6 or 9 2. I have a 6" Bob's Jack Plate, are spacers needed?
Thanks

From my experiance with my Triton, if you can get away with the 3" go with it. the closer to the boat the better. I had a 6" to start with and had to trade out to a 3" because of too much drag in the hole shot.

Last week I installed the new universal mounts from MinnKota on my Triton and it was very easy. They seem to be well made and sturdy. Good luck. Let me know if I can help in any way. 963-829-7929
