Thinking about hitting Lewisvilles barge tonight and see if I can get my hook on some hybrids! Not really sure what time to go though. Any tips, this will be my first time out there.

Good luck, I would meet you out there... but my wife said no because I came home verrrrrrrrry late last night/this morning around 4am then had a full day starting at 7am!!!!!

Thanks for the tip Denton! Well hopefully I get something if I go. What colors and jigs are recommended there?

At night orange and black red and black and blue thunder.
Do some jiging and some casting and slow retrieve to.
Last time I went at knight the casting and slow retrieve produced hybrids, crappie and sand bass lots of sand bass.

I have been fishing the barge quite a bit for the last 4 weeks and the points outside between 5am and 9am have produced frequent hybrids.. just from what I've seen and caught myself. They seem to be anywhere from 14fy down to the bottom almost

Thanks for the tips everyone, my main goal is to catch some sandies & hybrids because my family loves those tasty beasts. But some crappie would be nice to catch also!
