Donnie and Darryl are putting these tournaments on like they have done in the past for fun and fellowship outside of the APT trail. Look for some tourneys on Lake Worth as well. Good group of guys who love to fish and are donating there personal time and equipment for all who want to participate. A lot of props to them for there time and effort to support our competitive sport of fishing on local lakes

This is not an actual APT tournament. The trail kicks off next weekend on squaw creek. I am just having a small thing to test the new scales for next weekends season opener. I will be at the ramp around 6ish and takeoff will be around 7. We will be there rain or shine.thx

Don't run over me when you get down Big Carter way. If you see all the Christmas trees still on my dock instead of in the water----need about another 4 feet of water before I sink them. Do it now and the beavers will have them gone in a week.

Good luck to all of you. It's been real hit and miss lately. I'll go out a couple of times and drag in a 3 to 5 lber. and then the next 2 times I'll zero. Will be interesting to see the results of this tourney. Got a feeling somebody will score with an 8 lb. + fish.

27 lbs. won it and 23 something was 2nd we had just under 13lbs and finished 7th ..... I guess you could say EM was fishing pretty good that day !

dang! 13lbs is decent out there most of the time. 27 is awesome.
