I was loking at theae and it looks like I could just swap out the display units with the 727's I currently have. I have gotten some reliable feedback that this will work but wander if any of you have successfully done this.

DI transducer is different
I have one of those on my TM
Mounting base may be the same.....power cord too.

Bought two today and they swapped in perfectly. Now if the lakes weren't under a foot of ice I could go play with them.

If you're using the 727's transducer it will not work correctly

I actually got on the water yesterday and everything works great. Note: No down imaging. Just straight Sonar/GPS units.

If you decide you want the DI....really worth it...the transducer is easily found on ebay for much less than retail.....I bought a niw for 110.00 shipped
