Fished from 10:30 to 4 today with my pastor and two friends from church. We caught more magnums than we can count up to 16.5". Total 8 hybrids with only three over up to 24". It was very windy and cold in the morning. We started out in in 25' up North in protected areas and caught a cooler (48qt) full of mangums. Then at 2pm, the winds lessen (just abit), I decided to venture down south and it paid off BIG time. Hundred of birds working and the graph was drooling good! Caught three legal hybrids there right away and I caught the 24" weighs 7.7# on my go to 5" dead assasin fluke. Majority of the fish were caught on slabs and flies or small flukes on top.

Water temp 53 degrees, catching depth 25' up north and 31-35' south. North wind 15-20 mph and relentless.

The winds wore me out today and the ride back to the marina was a wet bull ride.
