We fished there last weekend. Found them in creek channel bends 12-16 fow. Also found some shallow in the grass. The bite was good. I love that lake.

Open tourney there Sunday, most folks will be tight lipped. But, I do know last month they held this same tournament and not a single keeper fish was caught. Therefore the money was carried over to this month.
My father went out this week and had a bunch of dinks deep, that should be changing quickly though...

Yah that's why I was asking. I had seen that last month seemed tough. Glad to see they are starting to bite again.

Our club tourney last weekend had 3 keepers weighed with 6 teams fishing. Biggest went 6.

We had 24-25 teams yesterday. 3-fish weighed in.That will change and when it does it will be really good. Lots of cold muddy water still coming in from Kelsey creek.The other end is clear.

We fished this past weekend and the water was pretty muddy. The wind made it tough to fish! Weekend before we had about 12 fish and 2 were keepers, we only fished for a few hours. One was about 4.5lb. The hydrilla is breaking loose and floating everywhere. But the ones you do catch are fatties. Our club Tourney is next weekend out there. Hope they turn on before then.
