I can agree. I bought my wife car through them. I saw it on eBay and called up there. They told me what they would give me for my trade without seeing it (which was book value) and they had the car ready to go when I there. Drove up from Houston. They are good prices to boot.

Confirmed I bought my new F-150 there. I got the best interest rate I've ever gotten (because the finance lady actually shopped me around to a few lenders instead of just taking the first one that approved me, excellent service) and the price was FANTASTIC!!

I got a 2011 in 2012 and I didn't realize it was actually a dealer lender until I drove all the way up there (never titled but a loaner). This upset me because the bed was severely scratched and some big dents in it. Also it had 3k miles on it already which was not made clear on the Internet...

But BOY did they make it right!!!!!!

They knocked another 1.5k off of what was already an awesome price. I paid less than 30k for a sooped up Texas edition 4 door. On top of that, they wrote me a check that would cover the price of a line-x spray-in bedliner to cover the dents and scratches!

On top of that any vehicle you buy there comes with a LIFETIME warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty for free.

I also traded in my vehicle on line and they valued it sight unseen and actually gave me that value after a short 2-3 minute walk around. My new truck was washed full of gas and waiting for me. I was there maybe 40 minutes and that only because of the issues I described above.

Awesome experience, far and away the best car experience I've ever had.

Oh I forgot they also gave me a crystal fusion lifetime warranty on the windshield too. I made a claim last year and it was a breeze of a process.

Obviously worth the drive and I will be back for my next vehicle.

Sometimes I wonder on what yal consider a fantastic price. I bought my curent truck a 2011 crew cab z71 4x4 tow package 6-speed trans etc with extended warranty in 2011 for a little over 30k. If I hadnt gotten the extended warranty (just the factory 5 years 100k) i would have gotten out for a little over 29k and my truck was new with 7 miles on it and I put 5 of them on it during the test drive.

I gotta agree with Matt. I'm glad to hear the dealer provides lots of warranties and extras, but anything near $30k for a crew cab Texas edition that was last year's model pickup and a dealer demo vehicle with 3k miles on it sounds like the dealer made out pretty good.

Tough to say without really knowing the trim level and accessories, but that's high or normal for that truck unless it was the LTZ with 4x4 Z71 and had some accessories also (life kit, big tires, etc.). And it's high regardless if it was a year old with 3k miles and a scratched up bed.

sticker was 33k, they had it down to 30, and knocked it down more for the troubles.

I was kinda ticked about the demo thing, and damamge, but at least they did something.

That price I said earlier was the whole kit and kaboodle grand total, incl TTL, interest payments ect, ect..

Oh and I'm not sure if all Tx editions have it, but mine came with a Nav system and a the "max tow pkg".

Well mine included TT&L

How did you find out that price included all your interest? Im pretty skeptical of that.

OK I went and looked lol. I dont know why I typed interest, I guess my mind was wondering.

The sticker price was 37,715, they had it down to 27,000. The reason my total price was higher was that in order to get the interest rate I did, I wouldn't qualify for the Ford rebates (credit is pretty good but not "A" level for sure), which is what I think I was trying to say in my earlier post. The finance lady got me the lower rate w/out rebates, instead of the higher rate with them. Overall it was a lower price. I saved more with lower interest then the rebates were worth.

..Hope that makes sense.

After THAT they took off some more for the damage and the miles (again I was pretty mad, even after the "fixes" but it was a 400 mile trip up there and I hated to come back empty-handed, and again they did make what I thought was a good faith effort to make it right, bed liner so on, which is more than I've gotten from other dealers).

So the total I financed was 28k and some change.

So yeah you're right that wasn't total WITH interest, that was total without the rebates so I could get better (2.9%) interest.

The salesman seemed surprised when I showed him the damage and the miles, maybe he honestly didn't realize, no excuse of course.

I dunno maybe I still got screwed over, I suck at major purchases like this. (it was my first new vehicle) But if I did, I got screwed over less by Vernon than I did by any other dealer I've dealt with! LOL.

..I told you about this truck in another post redchevy, and you said I did good! lol!..

After I pay this one off if I buy again I will be able to qualify for everything hopefully, and I will make a weekend out of the trip to make sure the truck is actually new.

Maybe I should take you with me ;-P

I dont know, my memory is somewhat less than a steel trap :> I dont remember the dent/scratched up bed, miles or a loaner vehicle?

At least your happy with it thats what matters.

I have been ok happy with mine as it gets good milleage and does what I need, but when I go to sleep at night I dream about the truck I sold...shoulda kept it!

I got a new (never sold) 2011 Chrysler 200 Limited Convertible for $23K in July of 2012. Sticker was just short of $36K. A 2012 just like it would have cost me $32K. So I saved about $9-$10K with them.

They had good prices on their trucks. I looked at 2013 F150s back in October of 2012 and they were selling for $33K for crew cab 4x4 XLTs. The best part about it is, you will know everything price wise before you get there...there is no hassle. You're literally in and out in 30-40 mins. They're Chevy's prices were cheaper than the Fords, I guess GM had better rebates at the time.

Im not sure about the loaner vehicle but that would explain the miles and slight damage. I really didn't think the dents (small) or scratches were THAT big of an issue. Especially since they sprayed a bedliner in it, I can't see the scratches or dents at all now lol!

Miles, yeah that kinda upset me, but I thought they gave me a fair discount for it, and I still got all the warranties of a new one. Plus the vehicle was cheaper than the 2012's at that time, so I didn't mind saving the cash.

All that being said I will definetly insist on a new NEW one next time lol.

They really are a good dealership, I would reccommend them to anyone. I meant my story to be a "look how they addressed my problems quickly, even though they didn't have to (deal was already done)" kinda thing. Not a " look at all these problems they stuck me with" lol.

That dealer has some pretty good inventory of nice vehicles in good condition. Great website as well.

What about the warranty they advertise, has anyone had any claims they have had to do on it?
