Where would I find covered wet slip rental for March 6-9 without also having to stay at marina's motel to get the slip?
Most places I have called require that. I have cabin available near Quitman but can not get boat and trailer down to it safely. Just thought I would leave it at lake. Any other short term storage options?

Could be that someone who has a two slip boat house on the lake would let you use one for your time here. Any help guys? I only have a single slip.

I have used the Cove a couple of times, but it was with the last owners, recommend getting one of the inside ones if enough water..little better protection. Plus some decent fish call it home, caught several while setting up rigs and testing baits.

I checked with Pope's this morning and they would rent only if no motel customers needed them. Not a sure thing to count on. Could get bumped if they get busy. That was what prompted this thread.

Is current water level a problem at Quail Hollow for slips or ramp?

fisherman's cove is open, they just lost their liquor license for a while and the place looked like a ghost town. i launch there regularly and there is usually someone there.
