Since the water is down I'm taking pics of everywhere I fish, so that when it rises I have an idea of what structure is where.

This is one of the creeks I fish at. Are those holes in the mud where the sunfish nest?

a gill nest is genearally about a 2-3 ft wide those don't look like nest to me but wow that creek is LOW

Those are not Gill nest. "Fly bug" has it right on the description. Looks like there are a lot of good hiding spots for fish. Hopefully some rain is on the way to fill up some the area creeks and lakes. We can use it. banana (The famous Banana Rain Dance).

5th pic down has poison ivey. Be carefull around that stuff. It's nasty.

also a question did you see in samll gill in those pools? cause if not even with a good rain I think you may need to wait for the population to bounce back I think the drought has hurt your fishing severly there

In the second pic the city drained that area for construction they're making it so that the dirt will not erode anymore. So definitely no fish on that side, but in the second to last pic there are still small gills and some big, but most of the bigger ones moved way further down the creek.
