I purchased the above unit and would like to purchase maps for it. can someone tell me which maps they prefer? lake master and navonics seem to be the two most common. I'd appreciate your input.

Since humminbird aquired lake master they have some real cool features exclusive to the humminbird models. Humminbird is not supposed to support navionics anymore. The model number of your unit ends in a 7 and I am not sure on that unit. I had to upload an update to make the 1198 compatible but my 1197 is not.
