So after last Sundays struggle fest we figured we should hit the Vine today and figure something out. The last 3 trips out we have had maybe a few bites a day. Well today they bit for us finally. Shipe went out early this morning. Since he just got his boat back he was jonesing like a fat girl for a piece of cake. I decided to sleep in and wait for the afternoon bite. Well by the time I got there around 10 am he already had these 3 nice overs in the boat.





We wound up with 6 overs, 3 slots, and a few dinks. The week of warm weather has the water temp right and the big ones are on the move. Today's bait of choice and pattern was a Carolina rig LFT Ring Fry in green pumpkin on secondary points with brush. Here are a few more pics from the afternoon.
