I agree Scott, no one will ever be totally happy, all Mike and others out there can do is their best, and I'm certain they are doing that,,,plus the city because of its' dynamic growth around the lake is constantly throwing us curved balls,,,I think I've had 2 0r 3 strokes over the past several days over this event :), but it will all work out,,,,,
CAG (Carp Anglers Group) has been and will always be a place where questions can be asked. friends made, and events can be enjoyed.

I hope no one gets to switch pegs this year just because they don't like the looks of the one they chose....

I made the call to switch them. So if yall have any issues direct them to me. It wasnt a good choice on my part but what can you do. I got called away from my peg to deal with it and I made a fast decision to get back to my peg. Yall just need to let that go. If you feel you could do a better job step up to the plate. CAG needs a state chair in Austin. I left that position months ago.

no wishy, washy stuff,,,,,,calls them as you sees them.......what's wrong with that????Since when did calling it as you see it become a good thing over on CAG, seem to remember a lot of people being banned for calling it as they saw it PRICELESS! Good luck to most fishing the ATC, Looking forward to seeing the ones who are traveling on up to the event at Fork

This will be my second year, and I accept the challenge. I hope no one has the "Dead Zone" with all those wire strung bouys. I have heard their will not a peg there this year. Is that true?

The buoys shouldn't be there this year. They city had something planned last year. This is why they were there to begin with. I actually caught there last year,so it didn't bother me. To the best of my knowledge at this time the city and clubs are not planning any events on the water. With the exception of Melrose where the buoys are permanent we should not have to worry.Melrose isn't pegged for this reason.
