Alright ladies and gentlemen its that time of year to start the spawn. My name is Brian Wood I have been fishing since I was a kid. In 2008 my uncle and I (Randy Wood with family style guides) we won the Texas Striper association team of the year. I started fishing Denton creek about five years ago. I am starting a guide service this year just for the weekend warrior. I have a 16 ft lowe aluminum w/ 35hp Johnson and all the right tackle. I will be doing 4 hour trips for $300 for 2 people and 75$ for every extra hour you want to fish. I clean and bag your fish for you. I will guarantee a great experience and one of a kind memory for you and your kids. text or call for more details 817-475-9939.

I was going South on 2499 from Flower Mound and passed a creek that had flowing water. I made the U Turn and there was a sign that said Denton Creek. I parked on the North Side but there was a fence and a No Trespassing sign so I went across the street to the apts and wet a line. I was crunched for time and only spent 30 minutes there. I will walk the creek and fish it this friday after work at noon, it looks promising

The water is not too shallow for a sandie run.

Bin,

So if I head West at the Creek I will be going towards the Dam?
If so, I may have better luck there then going East away from the Dam IMO

It going back closer to the dam, but you can not across the golf course fence. But there a few fishable spots. Most places are too high from water.
