My buddy just sent me a picture of this beauty. unofficially she weighed in at 13 6. they are waiting on the officials now to get the actual weight.

I hate to nay say a guys fish. . .but it doesn't LOOK like a SAL. It may well be like pkskeetersr said and I hope it is. Sometimes it's just impossible to tell from a picture.

She was officially weighed in at the state park at 13lbs 4oz!!!! Really excited for my friend, couldn't happen for a better guy.

It should be required when you buy a fishing license to attend a class of "how to take a fish picture" or have boat makers start placing a marks on where to stand for showing optimal size!
